Here’s what we shipped in 2025

Looking back at 2025, I’m struck by something: property teams stopped asking us for features and started showing us workflows.

They told us they were tired of juggling five systems. Tired of tenant communications that disappeared into email noise. Tired of amenities sitting underutilised because there was no simple way to book them. Tired of visitor management that took minutes when it should take seconds.

So we listened. And we built.

Communications That Actually Reach People

We started with a simple insight: property teams send 50+ communications a week. If they don't land right, they're just noise.

So we rebuilt how communications work. Smart links that open content directly in the mobile app without browser friction and no re-authentication. New professional email templates with customisable branding so every property manager can send something that feels like theirs. And QR codes in event RSVPs that turn a 5-minute check-in process into 10 seconds.

Property teams are now reaching tenants with clarity. Engagement sees an uptick.

Marketplace That Makes Sense

Retail partners need visibility. Property teams need revenue. Tenants need to know what exists.

We launched a dedicated deals page that automatically aggregates everything your retail partners are offering. Vendors can now show real operating hours separate from online ordering (that café that's open 9am-10pm for dine-in but only takes online orders until 9pm—now they can show that). Property teams have more control over what's promoted, when, and how.

It sounds simple. But it connects three groups that were previously disconnected.

Operations That Don't Slow You Down

Enterprise-grade security doesn't have to mean friction.

Property managers can instantly revoke visitor access with full audit trails. Multi-tenant buildings can centralise visitor management so you're not managing the same visitor record twice. New tenant reception actions disabled check-ins and walk-in visitor creation for tenant receptions, centralizing visitor management at building level. And walk-in registration that used to take 3-5 minutes now takes 30 seconds—keyboard shortcuts, enhanced data retention, single-page flow.

Security and speed. Usually they don't go together. We made them.

Revenue You Didn't Know You Had

Your parking spaces. Your fitness facilities. Your event spaces. They're assets.

We made them bookable and self-service and improved the user experience for tenants and non-tenants. Property teams discovered they were sitting on monetisation opportunities they didn't even know existed.

Simple booking flows. Clear revenue tracking. Assets working for you instead of sitting idle.

How We Got Here

None of this happened by accident. Our product, engineering, design, and customer success teams spent 2025 listening to what property teams were actually struggling with. Then building. Then listening again.

By the numbers, here's what you all told us mattered:

Over 635,000 users engaged with Equiem in 2025. 2.4 million visitor check-ins processed. 1.1 million appointments booked.

That's not just adoption… that's an operating system at work.

What's Next

In 2026, we're going deeper. Better visibility into what's actually working. Smarter integrations so you're not managing five disconnected systems. Real automation so your team focuses on strategy instead of repetition.

Property teams don't need more tools. They need one system that handles everything.

That's what we're building.

Thank you for the trust, the feedback, and the partnership in 2025.
