On 14th of October, Community Managers in several Equiem Portal Buildings planned a Ride to Work day to advocate a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Each site achieved positive tenant engagement by encouraging the tenants to ride to work, promoting the building’s end of trip facilities, it’s commitment to sustainability and healthy lifestyle and provided convenience and special offers for the building community.

Ride2Work Day shined across multiple locations

Darling park was one of the busiest sites during the Ride to Work day, expanding the day to a whole Health Week with large number of activities including workshops, giveaways and many more such as: SumoSalad giveaway, Reid Cycles Workshop, Free Yoga at lunchtime, Health and Wellness Assessment, Bicycles NSW Free Workshop, Free post-work Pilates, The Good Work tune up’s, Sushi and Nori Masterclass , Massages with The 3 Minute Angles.

Rialto was another buzzing site that covered the Health Week with activities and surprises for it’s tenants. Concierge Desk handed out fruits throughout the week and on Ride to Work Day, some other activities supported by the tenant portal were: Ride to Work Day fun facts on Portal receipts, Reid bike tune-ups, Reid bike workshop, Stretch session at Productive Gym with smoothies and five day gym passes.

"We’ve never been this engaged, everyone wants to get involved but we’ve never had the chance to. Even the guys on level 1 are always on the Portal and they think it’s improved the building tenfold."
