The Key Highlights

Hybrid is non-negotiable With 95% of companies now offering some form of location flexibility (up from 51% last year), and 58% of employees reporting higher productivity under hybrid models, flexible work environments have become essential.
Technology is critical 56% of tenants use tenant experience platforms, and are satisfied with them. From contactless building access (a plus for 54% of respondents) to meeting room booking systems (used by 48%), the message is clear: tenants expect frictionless, user-friendly digital experiences.
Sustainability efforts are under-communicated Over 70% of tenants say green practices are important, yet only 38% are aware of their building’s sustainability efforts. Landlords not only need to implement sustainability measures, but must also up their comms.
