Webinar: Global Tenant Report 2025
In this engaging new webinar, Equiem CEO Gabrielle McMillan previewed the forthcoming Global Tenant Report 2025, sharing insights drawn from over 4,500 office end-users worldwide.
The data reveals a workplace in transformation: while hybrid and remote working are now widespread, the office remains essential for collaboration, in-person engagement, and vibrant amenities that enrich the employee experience.
Gabrielle emphasised that technology has shifted from a nice-to-have to a must-have, as tools like mobile-based access, booking systems, and AI-driven solutions foster convenience and productivity. She noted that people increasingly expect frictionless entry, real-time building updates, and seamless visitor management, yet many remain cautious about emerging technologies.
Sustainability also took centre stage, with more than 70% of tenants regarding eco-conscious initiatives as critical when choosing where to work, even though fewer than 40% know how their building operates sustainably.
Throughout the webinar, Gabrielle illustrated how food and retail services, social events, and clear communication on green practices can boost a building’s sense of community.
Wrapping up, she encouraged listeners to explore the Global Tenant Report 2025 for deeper regional data, practical case studies, and a roadmap to help landlords align their spaces with the evolving needs of modern tenants.
