Our Chief Product Officer, Julia Bearzatto, spent her time at Expo Real focusing on building our integration partner network. With valuable meetings with tech partners like Deepki, Measurabl, Susteco, Yardi, APCOA, Aedifion, Alasco, Parcandi, Moderan, Aiden, Siemens, Salto, Wüest Partner, and PlanRadar, we’re excited to continue expanding our ecosystem.
These partnerships will enable Equiem to provide even more seamless, data-driven solutions, ensuring our clients have the tools they need to manage their portfolios effectively. Equiem’s Ben Harris attended an inspiring all-female panel titled "Transformation: Walk the Talk!", moderated by Charlotte D'Souza from PERE, PEI Media. The session featured industry leaders including Mona Benisi (Morgan Stanley Real Assets), Emilie Jaskula (AXA IM Alts), Beverley Kilbride (LaSalle Investment Management), and Julie Townsend (PGIM Real Estate).
A key theme that emerged from the discussion was sustainability. As Beverley Kilbride highlighted, there is growing alignment between owners and occupiers on the importance of sustainability and measuring ROI from sustainable strategies.
