Polls and surveys
Prior to the pandemic, this Boston client located offered a free shuttle bus service. However, when remote work began, they stopped. To help them decide if they should restart this service in 2021, we polled users on the Equiem platform. More than 50% of occupants responded, overwhelmingly in support of the service returning.
Support retailers
A Texas client wanted to support their onsite retailers as their users began returning to work. Equiem ran a campaign to drive user interest, included prizes and giveaways from retailers to incentivize user engagement. The campaign was a success, receiving more than 300 comments and boosting occupancy of the asset.
Comms segmentation
One of our clients was welcoming a major new tenant with more than 7,000 users arriving in waves. Our client needed a way to get their onboarding pack to each distinct group. Equiem’s segmentation tool let them send important building info, transportation details, and information about local food options to the specific users moving in each week.
Make commuting easier
Equiem recently helped a major Toronto office building make life easier for workers. This building is located in the heart of downtown Toronto with many viable public transport routes. To help them optimize their route, we integrated their app with a popular transit platform. Users can now check a single screen for information about every available route.
Emergency comms
One of our major clients was recently confronted with an emergency that required direct, immediate communication with all of their tenants. Using Equiem, their building management team was able to send direct SMS and email notifications to every user on the site. This system empowered the client to communicate directly with all tenants as the situation unfolded.
Touchless access
As this major British landlord was organizing their Return to Work campaign, they wanted to modernize their access management. They turned to Equiem. Today, users can scan a digital access pass found to gain access to their building while visitors simply use an email barcode found within an email to gain access upon entry.

Envisioning itself as a vertical city within a city, The Shard offers tenants access to everything from art and cultural events to fine dining.
US Bancorp Tower
Los Angeles, USA
The US Bancorp Tower is a famed feature of LA's Skyline. Unico partnered with Equiem to modernise TenX within USBT and 10 other buildings in their portfolio. Equiem was instrumental in the Return to Work campaign at USBT, making touchless access a reality.
Darling Park
Sydney, Australia
Just a stone's throw from Sydney's Town Hall Station, Darling Park offers a premium experience for all its commercial tenants, replete with best-in-class amenities and lifestyle facilities. Equiem helps occupiers access those amenities, while also allowing AMP Capital to communicate their about their industry-leading ESG initiatives.

King's Cross

Argent launched Equiem to unite their 67-acre King's Cross site, bringing the entire community onto a single, streamlined app. With Equiem, they were able to deliver a unified brand identity to everyone on their site.

CIBC Square
Toronto, Canada
Toronto's CIBC Square is a 3,000,000 square foot office centre in the heart of one of Canada's largest business districts. Hines approached Equiem to help them create a cohesive, one-stop shop for their tenants. With an active usage rate of 84%, it's safe to say that CIBC tenants' have embraced their platform.
Uxbridge Business Park
Oxford, UK
Arlington wanted to find out what food and drink offerings would excite their tenants, so we launched a survey on the tenant app. They used the more than 100 responses to launch a successful new onsite cafe.

Seaport Place

Equiem was co-founded by Melbourne Landlord Lorenz Grollo
Lorenz wanted to find a way to better meet the wants and needs of his tenants. Together with Equiem co-founder and CEO Gabrielle McMillan, Lorenz launched the first Tenant Experience App in Commercial Real Estate in 2011. Today, our app helps landlords provide top-tier workplaces for more than 220,000 users around the globe.
