The Key Highlights

In-person is clawing back But only slightly. Twice as many workers are expected to be at their office every day compared to a year ago, but it’s still only 12% in total.

Sustainability Tenants care, too. 35x more people said their concerns about sustainability had gone up in the last year rather than gone down.

Retail is paramount What workers want. Building location and well-being amenities are strong factors in greater office attendance but not as strong as eating and shopping choices
