Organize events with ease

Problem

This 13-building US campus was launching a new fitness center for their tenants. However, they needed a simple way to allow potential users to sign the necessary waiver.

Solution

By hosting the new gym on the client’s tenant app, we were able to organize the entire process digitally. Users simply had to log on to their app to sign the necessary forms, affording them almost instant access to the classes.

Results

Taking the fitness center online achieved a number of goals in one fell swoop. We made it easier to access the onsite facilities, while also raising the center’s visibility among users. Ultimately, 77 users signed the waiver within three months’ of the gym’s opening.

Facilitate daily needs for tenants

Problem

One property located in London’s Kings Cross had an issue with its onsite retailers. They had no system to manage their waste management needs, particularly when they required extra bags or bulky pickups.

Solution

We onboarded the client to Equiem’s Vincintee space management feature, which allowed them to offer new levels of functionality for their retailers, including the ability to request waste management services via the tenant app.

Results

Instead of a complicated, hands-on approach that required in-person contact, retailers are now able to get the help they need with just a few simple clicks.

Offer touchless access to the site

Problem

While navigating the return to work as COVID restrictions eased, many of our clients wanted to do away with physical access cards and touchpads. This major British landlord was searching for a more hygienic, touchless alternative.

Solution

We integrated Equiem’s Vicinitee visitor management system with the client’s existing barrier access control system. Regular occupants would receive a digital pass within their tenant app. Meanwhile, visitors would simply scan a barcode emailed to them with their invitation to access the site.

Results

Occupiers and visitors alike were able to access the site touchlessly. This new system addressed the understandable anxiety returning workers felt, helping to support a COVID-safe reentry.
