Add value and boost tenant retention rates
Create a frictionless workplace experience that will build loyalty among existing tenants and attract new tenants to your site.

"Our aim is to make humans central to the process and build a real sense of community through the app. Equiem shares our vision – its team is open-minded, collaborative and forward-thinking."

Julian Barker
(Former) Head of Smart Places
"Equiem has really helped us in three main ways. The first: communication. We’re now able to communicate to a wider range of occupants in our buildings. Second, it’s allowed us to activate our tenant amenity spaces much better. Third, it has allowed us to understand what our tenants' needs are, collect information from them about what they really want."

Darrin Williams
Vice President, Real Estate Services
"The Equiem platform has become even more important in finding ways to connect people without physical contact. These types of events are likely to develop fast as people will need more stimulus as parks and buildings become extremely quiet."

Michael Purcell
Director at JLL Property Management
"For office to survive in a post-COVID pandemic world, people have to feel safe. The way you feel safe is you communicate. You over-communicate. Equiem is one of the few out there that can provide that... We are firmly committed to Equiem because they are proven and we know they deliver."

Christopher Rising
Co-founder and CEO
"During the current (COVID-19) period, we have found Equiem has been a huge benefit, enabling us to ensure our all of occupiers are kept up to date with all relevant information they need."

Sophie Weinmann
Director and Head of Manchester & Leeds
"Through (Equiem), we have been able to share news, updates, resources and events easily as well as gain insights on what and how needs and behaviours have changed as the working dynamic has moved more towards home and flexi working."

Boost tenant satisfaction and engagement
Problem
After months of lockdown, this CBD office building wanted to create a sense of excitement for returning workers. They came to us looking for a thrilling placemaking initiative in their lobby.
Solution
We created a stunning ceiling display festooned with balloons and streamers. But the display doubled as a scavenger hunt. Hidden amongst the balloons and streamers were secret items. Users could find clues to the scavenger hunt in posts on their Tenant App. Winners would go into the draw for a special prize.
Results
Workers flocked to the lobby in search of the hidden items. As one user breathlessly told us, “I'm so into this... I want to win the pink bubbly & champagne glasses''

Connect workers to onsite retail
Problem
This Oklahoma office building wanted to support an onsite coffee vendor, who was preparing for a relaunch as workers returned to the office. They were hoping to deliver results for the vendor while also creating incentives for workers to return in person.
Solution
We spearheaded a campaign on the Equiem app, designed to showcase the coffee vendor. We also let employees know that if they RSVPd to the grand reopening, they’d receive a free coffee during their opening week.
Results
100 employees RSVP’d, simultaneously boosting the profile of the vendor while also driving employees back to the client’s onsite and building amenities.

Problem
Our client wanted to ensure that their end-of-trip facilities were sufficient and accessible for their workers.
Solution
We encouraged the client to allocate end-of-trip facilities access cards through the Equiem app. Users were advised in a campaign of content pieces and newsletters that they would need to reapply for their EOT access.
Results
The client was able to allocate access to the workers who needed the facilities. Those workers were then able to use their digital card to access the facilities. All of this was managed seamlessly in the tenant app’s back end, ensuring that visitor access was always up to date.
