With goals to engage visitors, workers and residents, Lendlease needed to promote public area events, foster community during construction, gather feedback to adapt offerings, centralize event management and enable integrated amenity booking.

Solution

Customized app hub drives seamless experience

We launched a custom branded app to serve as the central system for space bookings, events, special offers, information access and more. Our solutions supported resident move-in, public area guest welcome, wellbeing programs, content campaigns and community management.

Results

Broad adoption across wide range of users

In the first year, over 10,000 regular active users registered with around 70% of the total population signing up. Email engagement is at 40%+ open rates, well above industry benchmarks. Thousands of amenity orders and bookings highlight seamless experience, alongside massive improvements in tenant participation.
