Equiem pioneered an innovative mobile access solution using the Apple Wallet. The digital employee badge enabled secure building entry via iPhone or Apple Watch. This made British Land the first UK landlord to launch Apple Wallet for access. The mobile credentials aligned with British Land's vision to reshape access and deliver best-in-class experiences across its assets. Equiem partnered with SwiftConnect and HID on the access overhaul at 100 Liverpool Street to provide badge-less convenience without compromising security.

The partnership to deliver Apple Wallet access delivered significant improvements in access, security, efficiency and sustainability. British Land was able to provide easy yet secure entry, reducing waste thanks to digital IDs in the Apple Wallet. The solution also lowered 100 Liverpool Street's energy use and emissions. Notably, the modernized access strengthened protections while enhancing the tenant and visitor experience. The streamlined process and experience gained through the mobile access integration have bolstered British Land's ability to reshape how offices facilitate convenience and connections.
